01Credentials and compliance
What credentials does the facility hold?
ISO 9001:2015 (749435, issued 2024-08-20, valid to 2027-08-17), CGMP-ASEAN (912/GCN-QLD), and US FDA facility registration (FEI 3030839348).
Can I see the certificates?
Yes — certificate images are published on the compliance page, with numbers and validity dates. Originals are checked during evaluation within 1 business day.
Is the facility FDA registered?
Yes. FEI 3030839348. Registration is a filing under MoCRA, not an approval or certification — the FDA does not issue a certificate for it.
Who handles market-authorisation filings?
The brand is the responsible person. We prepare the technical inputs and coordinate with your consultant.
Which markets do you export to?
We do not publish a country list. The Chinese market is not served; all other markets are open. Market-specific requirements such as EU CPNP notification or US FDA facility registration are handled case by case.
02Capability and capacity
What is your production capacity?
15 filling lines with 39 tonnes per day of emulsification, across a 10,000 m² facility — from standard MOQ to full container loads.
Can you handle my volume in three years?
Send us your three-year projection. We confirm line availability before you commit.
Do you work on more than one category for the same brand?
Yes. Perfume, pet care and personal care run on reconfigurable lines with scheduled changeover.
03MOQ, sampling and process
What is the minimum order quantity?
By category: 5,000 bottles for perfume, 5 tonnes for hair and pet care, 2,000 units per SKU for others. Trial orders run 1,000–2,000 units.
How fast can I get samples?
Stock samples ship in 3–7 days, 1–3 pieces, free. Custom sampling is 7–10 working days from formula confirmation.
Do I need to pay a mould fee?
Usually not — over 1,000 stock moulds are held on site. Custom moulds are quoted separately.
Can you develop a formulation?
Yes — that is the ODM model. You bring the concept and market; we match or develop, then sample.
Do you source packaging?
Yes. Your packaging goes straight to the line; otherwise we source it and confirm specifications first.
04Delivery, QC and IP
What documentation comes with an order?
Batch record, finished-product release report, and shipping documents.
How is quality controlled?
Incoming materials checked to specification, batch records through production in Class 100,000 cleanrooms, and microbiological, stability and compatibility testing before release.
How is my formulation protected?
It is used only for your production, not shared with third parties, and covered by an NDA signed before we receive it.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment. We are about 1.5 hours from Ho Chi Minh City.
How do we communicate?
One project manager, one thread. Chinese-speaking clients get a Chinese-speaking project manager.
